Cool Stone Cottage is a superb two storey cottage situated across from the estuary in the Devon coastal village of Instow. The cottage sleeps six people and has one king bedroom, a super king bedroom with zip and link beds and a single bedroom with pull-out single underneath. There are two family bathrooms. Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen and dining area and a sitting room. Outside is seating on an enclosed patio area and on-road parking for one car (first come, first served basis).
